Obama's tax plan

Those of you who weren't around during the Carter years, probably don't even have a clue about what it will be like if Obama wins. If you think Obama will not be taxing those making less than $250,000, then you better be cautious of salesmen pitching bridges to nowhere. Obama will do what Daley machine Dems always do, i.e., "Tax, Baby, Tax."

I live in Illinois and pay an agressive property tax as well as a state income tax, but what really frosts my cake is Daley and Obama pal Stoger's Cook County sales tax (10.25%), which is the highest sales tax in the nation. The Daley machine and its compassionate Progressive members managed to push an increase in the sales tax through when Chicagoans first were hit with $4.00+ a gallon gasoline prices. (If you have never paid over $4.00 a gallon for gas, count yourself lucky and realize that Cook County heavily taxes gasoline.)
